My blog has been a little quiet since the beginning of one busy summer! I figured it was only fitting to blog about Shannon & Will’s sweet back yard wedding with an “end of summer” bbq theme. Shannon & Will got married in her grandmother’s backyard in Annisquam on September 22nd, 2018 and the details and setting did not disappoint. (Fun fact: the bride, a bridesmaid, and I all used to swim on the same club team and was coached by the bride’s mother!) These two were such troopers, from tent debacles to both having colds, these two never stopped smiling! We started off the day at a house the bride and groom rented to get ready in: the girls upstairs, and the boys downstairs. The first look took place right in front of Annisquam Lighthouse which was stunning and meant a lot to the bride and groom. The ceremony took place just a few minute walk through the woods to an open field. Shannon & Will are beyond loved and it was clear throughout the ceremony and reception! The reception was beautifully set up with handmade centerpieces from one of the bridesmaids and adorable details in every direction. Also how can you go wrong with a lobster bake overlooking the ocean on a beautiful fall day?! Thank you Shannon & Will for allowing me to capture such a special day- it was truly an honor!
