I’m freezing and this wind is just not okay. So instead of braving the cold today, I am showing off this early summer mommy & me session. I really want to get back into blogging but let’s be real, I am not sure who even reads this ha but it is a great way for me to see my work through the year and show off my fabulous clients!
I met up with Alysia and her beautiful daughter Darla at this gorgeous open field/hill in Andover, MA. I love finding new places to shoot especially when no one else is around and we just have the whole place to ourselves. Amy from Luna Moss designed these stunning mommy & me crowns for me and they were the perfect addition to our session.
This session, for me, was all about capturing the joys of motherhood and the playfulness of Darla’s age. I found our shortly after this session that Alysia was actually pregnant with her second daughter (who just she gave birth to just a few weeks ago) which makes this session even more special!
The kids will grow up, the days will feel long and short all at the same time, these moments will never come back, but it warms my heart knowing that this mother & daughter will always have these photos to look back at.
