Lauren & Mike // Maternity Session // New York, NY

I am so thrilled to share Lauren & Mike’s Maternity session in New York! I headed to NY close to the end of November to see this couple just two months before they welcomed the newest member to their family. Lauren & Mike are the sweetest most down to earth couple and I was so excited to not only hang out with them but to document this ‘first’ in their lives. They decided to not find out the gender before the birth so the nursery was the most perfect gender neutral slice of heaven ( I mean that wallpaper- LOVE!). We started our session shooting the nursery details that were so adorable. I loved the little details they had such as their wedding invitation on a pillow surrounded by stuffed animals and the little “Baby McG” letters above the closet. We then decided to head outside around Pier 25 into the freezing cold and these two were troopers. The wind along the water was no joke! We brought along one boy shoe, one girl shoe, a baby McG onesie and two rival onesies that reflected Lauren & Mike so well haha. I was so excited to hear that they welcomed a baby girl, Parker, in January. Check out their NYC maternity session below!
