2017’s in-home sessions have all been amazing! And seeing the Malloys again, after their maternity session, to meet their newest addition was such a treat! In the days of social media, we try and make sure everything is perfect. Don’t get me wrong i’m all for a clean bright nursery, perfect baby skin, and no tears but rarely is that life (am I right?!) An in-home session allows me to capture the natural adventures of having a new baby in the house. Those small intricate details (and maybe some imperfections- i.e baby acne hehe) are the moments to remember. They will only be this small once.
When I arrived to the Malloys house, I was met by big brother Anthony who quickly introduced me to his little brother and then jumped right onto my beanbag. *Photog sidenote: if you bring a giant beanbag to a session, kids will instantly be excited.* First, I got a tour of their beautiful home and got to see the nursery (and Anthony’s room of course!). We then took some family portraits in the nursery with lots of snuggles and kisses. Then took the classic shots on the beanbag with the cutest little bowtie! Lastly, we ended the morning with an outdoor picture from their maternity session! Check out their maternity session on the blog for the “before” photo- seriously, just go look. IT’S ADORABLEEEEEE
